By using StoreMRR, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business or product-related purposes. You are responsible for your account and any activity that occurs through it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including app descriptions, links, launch dates, revenue-related information, and any supporting materials.

You must have the rights needed to publish the content, branding, logos, and links you submit to StoreMRR.

Revenue verification, badges, and sponsored placement availability may depend on information provided by you and our internal review process. StoreMRR may approve, reject, remove, or modify verification and sponsored placements at its discretion.

You may not use StoreMRR to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, malicious, or abusive content, including misleading revenue claims, impersonation, malware distribution, or links intended to harm users.

StoreMRR may display links to third-party websites, app stores, and services. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

We may suspend access, remove content, or terminate accounts if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk for StoreMRR or its users, or misused the service.

StoreMRR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, ranking outcomes, traffic, search performance, or business results from being listed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreMRR and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
